egg's hand details

some detailed work of egg's hand and modeling/rigging notes. a major portion of egg's palm and fingers will have rubbery chunks to help grip the earth, and certain points on his knuckles will also serve as padding while he walks like a gorilla. the thumb is small so that it keeps out of the way of the fingers, which will do most of the work. the pinky is able to fit snuggly into the adjacent finger as method of steadying egg while in an idle pose.

eos vfx

eos vfx is comprised of ex'pression college students who are currently enrolled in the animation and visual effects program. the goal of this particular project is to gain experience working in a team, problem solving, and producing reel-worthy content.

the short story the team is moving forward with is known as egg & ivy, a working title but it may end up sticking.

egg & ivy is a short story about being pushed from one's lonely and paranoid reality into a much better environment of togetherness.

the goal of this blog is to document the progress of the short animation project.

egg & ivy will be released in early 2014
